Happy Veteran's Day Card

Denise here bringing you a
Veteran's Day Card for Veterans Day 11/11/14
for my A Jillian Vance Design Team post.

Coming from a long history of Veteran's in my family, I want
to thank ALL Veterans for their service and sacrifice.  Without
our freedoms that they defend posting on a simple blogs as this
would not even be possible.

For my card today I used so many different dies and sets from A Jillian Vance
Design.    I couldn't believe it when I started listing them!  As you will see I used
the traditional red/white/blue theme for my card.    This really was a simple
card to make --- not too much and not too little.

I hope you enjoy this card as much as I do.

One Nation Under God

Hello everyone! Back again with my AJVD Team
Post for the week!   This week --- background builders
and dies.

Fall is upon us and soon we will be all wrapped up in Halloween.
With that being said, I wanted to make a Veteran's Day card as
a reminder that it is right around the corner (November 11th).
On that day, I will be at Arlington Cemetery at the 11th hour
to honor all those who have served, are serving and who
gave the supreme sacrifice.

Veteran's Day Centerpiece

Hello everyone! I hope you all thank a Veteran today!  I am a
 very patriotic American  and come from a long line of Veterans
 in my family.   We take our freedoms very seriously and 

not for granted.   Veterans and our active troops hold a dear
place in our hearts.

I thought I would make a centerpiece for the dining room table
for Veterans Day. The AJVD stamp set I used is on the sale list 
and due to be retired --- get yours now!!

The obvious is the color theme :)  Each flag has a saying

from the Let Freedom Ring Stamp set on one side and

a branch of service on the other side.

Today, I will be honoring all of our Veterans and Active Military
and those who gave the supreme sacrifice for you, our country and me.

I will be at Arlington Cemetery at the Tomb of the Unknown
Soldier at the 11th hour, today the 11th day of November.
