AJVD Halloween Pencil Treat

Hello --- my A Jillian Vance Design Team Post for this week is a Halloween Pencil Treat.
  I always like to give the kids something 

they can use at Halloween and not necessarily only candy.

Recipe:

- AJVD Eye on Halloween Stamp Set
- AJVD Spooky Stamp Set
- Black, Orange, White Cardstock.

- Scallop & circle punches
- Orange/white twine
- 1 x 8 zip lock bag
- Memento Rhubarb Stalk & Tuxedo Black Ink
